Gustav has 38 years of experience in electrical engineering in New Zealand, South Africa and the UK, and across a wide range of industries. He established GRS in 2004 as a specialist Electrical Engineering Consultancy.

His NZ experience includes design and project execution of new process plant in the dairy industry, large motor control systems, water and waste water plants and power supply and distribution. He also has extensive experience in hazardous area classification and design as well as machine safety.

Jeff has 13 years of experience as an electrical engineer across New Zealand and Australia.  He has a wide range of specialties across industrial, water and wastewater systems including Automation and Control, Machine Safety, Hazardous Areas, Motor Control Centres and power distribution up to 11kV.

Dexter has 22 years of experience in Electrical engineering design in a wide range of projects in water and wastewater, dairy, petrochemical, oil and gas and food and beverage industries.  He has led engineering teams from design through to construction, and has work experience in several countries includes New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and the Middle East.

Arri is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 13 years of experience in power systems, electrical project delivery, maintenance and reliability, mainly in the oil and gas industries with BP.   He has worked across the full project lifecycle, including conceptual studies, engineering design, project execution, operations, and maintenance.  He has delivered electrical projects across varying scales, including new power supply interconnections, system upgrades, and modifications for power plants, buildings, and infrastructure. Since 2016 he has done pro bono work in delivering photovoltaic systems in remote areas of Indonesia.  He has also worked as a part time electrician engineering lecturer at university.

Charenskie has more than 15 years of experience in electrical engineering design and maintenance on a variety of projects in Dairy Industries, Nuclear Power Plants, Building Services for High Rise Buildings, Shipping Vessel, etc. across New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Philippines.  At GRS he specialises layouts, elevation, 3D modelling and wiring drawings.

Galo has 15 years of extensive Engineering and Design experience in Dairy, Water and Wastewater, Energy and Chemicals, Oil and Gas and Shipbuilding industries. At GRS he specialises in LV system, modelling, detailed wiring drawings and schedules.
